RINGNECK
PHEASANTS
We are very proud of the pheasants that we raise from chicks to adults every year. We put a lot of effort into raising birds that have good survival instincts, flush hard, and are fully feathered out with beautiful colors and long tails. To achieve these results, we use the highest quality feed on the market and raise our birds at low densities in large flight pens with a mixture of natural and planted cover.
ROOSTERS
We raise "blue back" Chinese Ringneck Pheasants. We believe that this strain is the hardest flushing bird on the market and also the most beautiful. Who would disagree with that?
HENS
Hens are great for training dogs, building up wild populations, and adding variety to a preserve hunt. Our hens hold tight, flush hard, and fly fast. Lots of fun!
YOUNG BIRDS
Young pheasants are available from summer until early fall. Younger pheasants don't flush as hard, fly as far, or make as much noise as mature ones do and can be a better choice for a puppy just learning to hunt (It's ok, sometimes our roosters startle us when they flush!).
